The hotel is situated in a serene location, not too far from the city center. the rooms were impressively styled and the bathrooms were kept clean. the staff was friendly and the breakfast had a decent selection of food to choose from. the wellness center and facilities there, such as pool and jacuzzi, were exceptional.
The communication about the availability of the wellness center could have been better.

The rooms were clean and cozy with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had a question about local attractions or transportation.
The hotel was poorly located in a dodgy neighborhood, and I didn't feel safe walking to or from the hotel alone at night. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept cutting out during my important work calls, causing me to miss important deadlines.

This hotel truly impressed me with its attention to detail. The rooms were beautifully furnished in English style and incredibly spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet spot but still close to the center and the wooden church. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious hams, cheeses, yogurts, and even eggs and sausages made to order.
No improvements needed, everything was excellent.

The town villa had a great location, very close to many attractions and easy access to surrounding hills. the breakfast was good quality with fresh hams, cheeses, eggs, and sausages made to order. the staff, although not very informative, were polite and accommodating.
The communication was terrible. We were not informed that the pool and sauna required an additional fee, which left us quite disappointed when we arrived at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the value for money was excellent - I felt like I got more than I paid for. Secondly, the attention to detail in the English-style rooms was impressive. The big bathroom was a highlight, with its elegant design and cleanliness. Lastly, the location was perfect, with the historic town and monastery just a stone's throw away. The hotel's breakfast, though not mentioned in detail, was satisfying and provided a good start to the day.
Everything was satisfactory.
